Hi, this may mean complying to all your customer needs and requirements such as follows; on time delivery qood quality products 24/7 service and availability offering lower price longer contract term for payments(for 30 days, make it 45 or 60 days) no downtime should incur on customer's side due to rejected deliveries... Expedited shipments at your cost...etc...
