Customer Relationship Management systems?

  1. I use a CRM program and the information it contains is what I have personally gathered through meetings with my clients. As well, it's not a matter of treating them differently. The benefit is twofold: first, I can target information and services to them according to their interests and needs; secondly, I can better manage my time by not wasting it trying to sell them something they have no need for.
