i do sales and based at home. can you recommend a free CRM software ?

i am looking for a free CRM software that is able to: 1. track my leads 2. group my customers based on demographics 3. able to export the phone numbers for sms campaign thanks.

1. This software is not free...however, it is VERY affordable. Go to www.chaossoftware.com and download a free trial of !ntellect contact management software. It is a full blown CRM at a very affordable price and the support is second to none!
2. It is generally agreed (although debated) that vtiger (vtiger.com) is the best free CRM product. SugarCRM has an open source(free) version, and is also very good, but if you want more advanced features you have to purchase their higher level products. Both products would be able to meet the needs that you have for CRM as you listed them, but you would need to install it and run it on your computer which can be a bit complicated. Also, you would not be able to get quick answers to questions you may have about the software. If you prefer, there are hosting companies that host it for you and offer support as part of their offering for a small amount of money each month.
