Customer Relationship Management System

What Customer Relationship Management system do you use for Real Estate?

People I am talking about a program like Act (which stinks), GoldMine, RealHound, AdvantageXI, etc. You have to keep your contact information in one place along w/ the history, notes, property information, contract status, letters, documents, form letters to generate leads, calendar of due diligence dates, daily planner, etc. I've done over $70 Mil in real estate transactions though I'm not happy w/ my old database software and would like to update to a new system that keeps track of prospects, clients, etc. I'm talking about software not basic common sense items that should be required for anyone to start a business. Are there any agents out there that use a CRM system?
